Senior Vice President

As Senior Vice President of Quesenberry’s, Cotton is responsible for assisting in the leadership and management of the organization, including strategic planning, financing, insurance, quality improvement program, etc.

As a construction professional with 40 years experience, Cotton currently provides senior project management services on approximately 50% of our projects, including - estimating; negotiating contracts; project staff development; jobsite administration; field supervision coordination; subcontractor and supplier procurement; progress schedule development, monitoring, updating and communication; labor force management; subcontractor relations management; trade coordination; establishing and maintaining the quality-of-work; coordinating cost-progress targets with production; creating and maintaining a safe and secure jobsite; identifying and resolving changes; establishing and maintaining relationships with owners, design professionals, building officials and regulators.
