SPENCER D. QUESENBERRY

President

As President of Quesenberry's, Spencer is responsible for overall leadership and management of the organization, including strategic planning, financing, insurance, quality improvement program, client relations and business development.

As a construction professional with 40 years experience in commercial construction, he currently provides project management services on approximately 30% of our projects. Spencer oversees estimating, contract negotiation, jobsite administration, field supervision coordination, subcontractor and supplier procurement, progress schedule development and trade coordination, coordinating cost-progress targets with production, establishing and maintaining relationships with building officials and regulators.

Spencer has participated in the LEED Professional Accreditation Program and has received the Green Building Institute's LEED Accredited Professional certification.
